Oil/water  Separators  &  Filtration  For Re-Use

  This system drastically reduces the amount of wash water you generate on a job. As wash

water is pumped in, the filtration module separates  oils and solids, allowing you to recycle

and reuse your wash water on site   and \ or discharge  to a sanitary sewer. “Wicking Action”

removes up to 1 gal. of oil  per hour, and the filters catch solids  to 5 microns.  These

systems are  amazingly  affordable, compact, portable, lightweight  and efficient.

  Our OilPhyllic separation system draws oil out of the water flow more efficiently than any other.

Then, the floating socks at the top, skim the freed oils for  easy removal.

For   stationary systems,  an  optional Oil Skimmer   can be used   for automatic removal

of the  floating oils. OilConverter socks are also available… they convert oil to enviro-safe.

Connection between inlet  and  outlet of filters includes 1½” camlock couplings. 3 way

outlet allows for easy discharge of filtered water,  or  redirect the flow back to your water

supply  tank  for  re-use. Fewer trips to the water source, is another increase in workspeed

    The high capacity cartridge filters capture the particulate down to  20 or 5 microns, and

have washable and reusable elements. This combination achieves  the lowest  long

term cost  of any  system made

  In wash water control applications, the CarbonFilter  is capable of absorbing emulsified:

Carbon is nature’s own gift to wash water filtration… it is the most economical

for solvents, soaps, and some heavy metals, as it easily processed, and

reasonably priced.  The ability of an activated carbon filter to remove

certain microorganisms, surfactants, dissolved oils, and certain organic

chemicals, especially pesticides, THMs (the chlorine by-product),

trichloroethylene (TCE), PCBs, and some heavy metals, depends

upon several factors, such as the type of carbon and the amount used,

 the design of the filter and the rate of water flow, how long the filter has

 been in use, and the types of impurities

 the filter has previously removed.
