Spoil yourself ! To ease your daily workload we highly recommend the electric start option for your system. If you've got several jobs scheduled every day wouldn't it be nicer to simply push a start button rather than fight with the pull cord every time you set up ? Although the overhead valve motors are easier to start, there's nothing quite as nice as the ease and convenience of push-button electric start ! |

Delay Off Shutdown Option |
(electric)
If the operator doesn't open the gun for a set time, a relay shuts off power to the control circuit. This eliminates the opportunity for system damage from operator neglect. This option can save hundreds of dollars in downtime per year. You don't have "all the beef", until you have this option as insurance. Machines that are particularly quiet or in a different area from the operators are often left running for long periods of time.

Contactor Control System Option |
(electric)
Includes a power contactor-relay, capable of switching power to large motors, and a low-energy 24 volt control circuit. This voltage is an industrial standard for user safety, & allows connection to many additional control options...

Security Key Switch Option |
(electric)

A key switch can eliminate unauthorized use of the machine, or it can limit general use to cold water with the key switch activating the heater only. In mullti-station systems, it can be used to disable remote stations.

When the wash area is located at a distance from a stationary installation, safety and convenience can require a control box to be mounted in the wash area. Many versions are available, including "Auto-Start-Stop". With a contactor controlled system, it's easy to add a remote switch system for control of pump, heat, soaps or spot-free rinse.

If the operator leaves a pressure washer running unattended with the trigger gun not ejecting water, the water seals can heat up very quickly, doing damage to delicate pump and unloader seals. Our high-volume bypass system adds abuseability, but there's no replacement for ultimate control... A temperature limit switch installed in the bypass circuit of the pump prevents an overheat from ever occurring. By operating as a kill switch for total shutdown of the system, damage is averted if water temperatures become critical. Bypass overheat is one of the most common causes of system damage we see on other commercial pressure washers. |

Protect your investment ! As you probably know, running a pressure washer dry, even for a few moments, can cause severe damage to the pump. This disaster is easily avoided by installing the low-water shutdown option. Depending on the configuration you choose, either a fluid level switch is installed in the water tank, or a low-pressure switch is connected in-line from the fresh water supply. This device is connected so that any shortage in water supply instantly stops the machine thus preventing costly damage. You need this for longest-term-lowest-cost. |

Variable Pressure Control |
(electric & engine)
The "variable pressure wand" option gives you the ability to perform a much wider range of cleaning jobs with the same machine. By attaching this ingenious tool to your wand assembly, you gain much greater control over water pressure. You may need to keep water from penetrating worn rubber seals or to clean without blasting water through doorframes. The increased flexibility also allows you to attach a variety of tools that will quickly clean carpets, upholstery, awnings, or wood, then a minute later, blast rust from steel... Versatility Rocks!
